2. Endurance

drills help you to develop your muscle memory in that way that you are
accustomed to contracting your muscles multiple times in the entire round. In
this drill, you have to punch repeatedly as fast as you can for the
entire round. Take a small breath on every punch and stand at least square than
your normal boxing stance.In this drill, you have to enhance your endurance skills rather than learning core techniques. Your muscles must know that they are adapted to frequenct contraction and relaxation and this is a daily routine for these muscles.
3. Speed Drills

are aimed to relax your muscles and punch back at high speed to enhance your
hand speed. In this drill, you have to punch on heavy bags at an interval of 15
seconds. This interval gives you time to relax and punch back with more speed and energy.
In this drill, boxers mainly focus on hand speed rather than any boxing technique. The present drill norurishes your hand speed rather than focusing on muscles. However, when you devleop your hand speed automatically your muscles will contract and relax. But, here we will not give much improtance to the muscles but we will give prime importance to the hand speed. The more energetically you punch on the heavy bag, the more your hand speed will increase.

4. Footwork

Foot is the most important aspect on our human body. whole body depends on your foot. So, you can't neglect the power of feet.In this
drill, you will learn footwork techniques during a boxing round. Take a heavy
bag that can be around 50-75% of your body weight so that it swings in a
circle. When you hit the bag, it swings in the circle. In that case, don’t wait
for it to return. Just go to the opposite side of the bag and hit it. The same
way you can do repeatedly. In this way your energy is utilising in various ways, but you need to concentrate on footwork how much fast your can move and how many times you can hit on the heavy bag, that is the most iportant aspect. It’s the best drill to augment your footwork.

5. Accuracy
Drills
The above
drill helps you to make sound coordination between eye and hand. It might
happen that you miss the target, in that case just make an adjustment and throw
your punches at your correct target. You can print numbers on heavy bags so
that you have to target these specific numbers. Another way, you can put duct
tapes on the heavy bag that can separate the different levels for head and body
punches. So, don’t throw blind punches but to throw punches on correct targets
with sound accuracy. Because sometimes you need to target specific body parts of your human body that you have to punch on the correct aim.
